We are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker will be the esteemed Dr. Margaret Lowenstein of the University of Pennsylvania. Following the keynote speaker will be a symposium featuring a panel discussion on "Current Best Practices and Essential Needs" with guest speakers from our partnering addiction and mental health agencies. It should be a great exchange between behavioral and medical treatment techniques, as espoused by Penn Medical.
